Planning a Party in Collierville?

Collierville summers don't play around, Mid‑South afternoons regularly push past 90° with humidity to match. That's water‑slide weather from May through September, bounce‑and‑combo weather the rest of the year, and photo‑booth weather every single month. We cross the state line all summer long, and Shelby County deliveries run on the same all‑day, all‑inclusive terms as everywhere else we serve.

Backyard or pavilion, we've got the surface handled: grass setups anchor with long steel stakes; concrete, asphalt, and indoor setups anchor with sandbags. Just tell us your terrain when you book, and one local heads-up: Collierville parks don't allow inflatables, so the venue guide above is worth a minute before you plan.

Collierville Party Rental Questions, Answered Straight

Do you deliver to Collierville, TN?−
Yes, Collierville is part of our regular delivery area, along with Germantown, the greater Memphis area, and all of DeSoto County. We cross the state line all summer long.
Is setup included in the price?−
Absolutely. Delivery, professional setup with secure anchoring, a safety walkthrough, and takedown are all included. We handle the heavy lifting and the safety checks.
How much space does an inflatable need?−
Standard bounce houses need about 15×15 feet of clear, relatively flat space; larger combos and water slides can run 20 to 35 feet in length. Exact requirements are listed on each product page, and if you're unsure, send us a quick photo of your yard and we'll confirm before event day.
Do I need to provide power?−
Yes, a standard household outlet within 50 to 100 feet of the setup area. Hosting at a park pavilion without power? We can provide a generator rental on request.
How does booking work?−
Pick your rental and date online, sign the emailed contract, and pay a 20% deposit to lock it in. The remaining balance is due the day of your event, cash or check avoids the 3% card processing fee.
What if the weather turns?−
If there's more than a 50% chance of rain for your zip code 24 hours out, you choose: full refund or reschedule. And if severe weather (high winds, lightning) makes setup unsafe on the day, we'll contact you and work out options, safety always comes first.
How long do I get the rental?−
All day, no hourly cutoff, no watching the clock. Want it past 7 PM? Add 20% for overnight. Or take the weekend rate: Friday evening to Sunday evening for 50% over the day price.
Can I set up a bounce house at a Collierville park like Hinton or W.C. Johnson?−
No, the Town of Collierville's park rules don't allow bouncers, inflatables, or generators in Collierville parks or facilities. The good news: backyards, churches, schools, and private venues all work great, we set up on any surface, and delivery is included. Park rule questions go to Collierville Parks & Rec at (901) 457‑2770.
