Are your obstacle course and interactive rentals clean?

Yes! Every inflatable obstacle course and interactives are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental. We use commercial-grade vinyl cleaners to remove dirt and debris, then disinfect and sanitize the unit before it is packed for the next event. Each inflatable is also inspected during cleaning to make sure it’s safe, clean, and ready for your party.

No. Our inflatables are made from commercial-grade vinyl that meets industry safety standards and is lead-free. Safety is extremely important to us, which is why every unit is regularly inspected, properly anchored during setup, and maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of  obstacle course and interactive rentals at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

There are several discounts offered to our customers (excluding holiday weekends). 

     10% off for Military/Law Enforcement

     10% official church and school functions

     10% off for repeat customers in the same calendar year (any rental after your first qualifies)

     +30% off for multi-day reservations ( 30% off for day 2 and 40% off for every day after day 2)

     10% 15% 20%off multi-piece reservations (10% off 2 inflatables, 15% off 3, and 20% off 4 or more)

     Weekend Discount (BEST VALUE) – keep your inflatable from Friday evening to Sunday evening for a just 50 % more than the listed price.  (Average rental is 9 hours, weekend discount lets you enjoy the inflatable for up to 48 hours)

CORPORATE EVENTS HAVE SPECIAL PRICING (ASK ABOUT OUR ANNUAL COMMITMENT DISCOUNT)

The following circumstances may incur more fees to be added to your event:

     Damage Waiver Fee (Highly Recommended) —  We offer a protection plan that cost 7% of the list price to release you from any liability from damages to the equipment.  This does NOT protect you from any damages caused by malice or neglect (so please don’t hand out knives or flamethrowers to anyone using our equipment).  This also ensures that if something does happen; we will bring out a similar slide as a replacement if one is available. CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY EVENTS ARE REQUIRED TO INCLUDE THIS FEE

     Credit Card Processing Fee — Any payments made via credit card or PayPal through your email is subject to a 3% processing fee from the credit card companies.  Blue Line Inflatables does require a 20% deposit at minimum to finalize your booking, but you can avoid the 3% charge on the remaining 80% of the balance by paying cash or check on the day of the event.

     Clean Up Fee — Normal cleaning due to dirt, water, mud and grass is expected.  There will be an additional $50 fee for any type of major clean up that must take place due to your event.  This includes but is not limited to: food, drinks, sand, silly string, pet feces, waxes, soaps, lubricants, or any other item or substance that may require additional cleaning. 

     Same Day Delivery Fee — Our trucks are scheduled to go out once in the morning and once in the evening.  If you book an event the same day our services our needed, there is a $50 same day deliver fee that will be added to schedule an additional truck to come into service.   Any reservations made after 8 PM for an event that is next the very next day, may also be subject to this delivery fee.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD! 

     Overnight Fee — If your event lasts late into the evening and you would like to guarantee keeping the inflatables past 7 PM, then there is a fee 0f 20% that can be added for all equipment to stay overnight and the equipment will be picked up early the next morning. 

     Weekend Discount — this is actually a discount, but to keep the inflatable for the full weekend (Friday Evening to Sunday Evening), there will be a 50% fee added to the list price.  This fee will increase your time with the inflatable from the average of 9 hours to a total of about 48 hours. 

All contracts are sent over email where you can sign and pay the 20% deposit with a card or PayPal to finalize the booking and take the inflatable off the website so no one else can reserve it.  If you’d like to pay in full through the email, you can do so at any time. 

The remaining balance is due the day of the party.  We accept cash or checks made out to “Blue Line Inflatables”, or you can finish paying the remaining balance through your email. 

***NOTE*** credit card companies charge a 3% fee for any payments made through your email

We all know you can’t control the weather, especially here in the Mid-South.  If weather.com is showing more than a 50% chance of rain for your zip code 24 hours before your event, then you have the option for a full refund or can reschedule, whatever is best for you.

If you’d still like to chance the odds we can still deliver if you’d like, regardless of rain.  Final decisions must be made by 8:00 PM the night before your scheduled event. Any decisions made past 8:00 PM are subject to a same day delivery fee* (i.e. you canceled the night prior, but woke up and the weather was nice and wanted to keep your original reservation).  Once delivery is made, payment in full is expected. 

Blue Line Inflatables holds the right to cancel any and all deliveries due to severe weather conditions to include (but not limited to); ice on the roads, sleet, thunderstorms, high winds, etc.

A full refund will be issued for any cancellations more than 7 days from the day of your booked event. 

Any cancellations within 7 days of your booked event will forfeit your 20% deposit and any remaining payment will be refunded. 

A full refund will be issued if your event is canceled due to bad weather*.

The following dates are the holidays for 2024 where no discounts will be applied to reservations. 

-Memorial Day Weekend: May 24th, 25th, 26th, & 27th.

-4th of July Weekend: July 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th

-Labor Day Weekend: August 30th, 31st, & Sept 1st, Sept 2nd

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. Every unit is cleaned every week, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Please note that mud, water, dirt, grass and leaves may be on the inflatable just from traveling, transport, weather or tear down and set up between parties.
