Do obstacle courses have to be set up on grass?

No. Our obstacle courses and interactives can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Grass setups are anchored with steel stakes; other surfaces use sandbag anchoring.

How much space and power do obstacle courses and interactives need?

Footprints vary by unit: mini golf fits tight spaces, the Jousting Arena needs about 24 by 24 feet, and the 46 foot obstacle course needs a long open run. Power is a standard outlet within 50 to 100 feet, with some units needing 2 circuits. A generator rental is available.

How does booking an obstacle course rental work?

Pick your unit and date online, sign the emailed contract, and pay a 20% deposit to lock it in. The remaining balance is due the day of your event, and cash or check avoids the 3% card processing fee.

Obstacle Course at a Park? The DeSoto County Cheat Sheet.

Hernando: Conger Park 135 W Oak Grove Rd Hernando's largest park, with a playground, restrooms, and three rentable pavilions through the City, roughly $30 to $70 depending on size and residency. Reserve with Hernando Parks & Rec at (662) 429-2688.

Olive Branch: City Park 8267 Goodman Rd Two rentable pavilions, both wired with electricity, which matters because inflatables need power. $60 per day for residents, $120 for non-residents, 6 AM to 11 PM. Park office: (662) 893-5219.

Know Before You Book Always confirm inflatable approval with the city when you reserve. Heads up: Collierville parks do not allow inflatables at all, so plan a backyard or private venue there. Inflatables need an outlet within 50 to 100 feet, or ask about a generator rental, and some interactives like the Jousting Arena need 2 circuits. Where staking is not allowed, we anchor with sandbags.

Obstacle Course Questions, Answered Straight

Are your obstacle courses and interactives actually clean?−

Yes. Every unit is cleaned with commercial-grade vinyl cleaners, disinfected, sanitized, and inspected after each rental. The vinyl is commercial-grade and lead-free.

Do these have to go on grass?−

No. We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Grass setups anchor with long steel stakes; hard surfaces and indoor setups anchor with sandbags. Just tell us your surface when you reserve.

How much space and power do I need?−

Footprints vary more in this category than any other: mini golf tucks into tight spaces, the Jousting Arena needs about 24 by 24 feet, and the 46 foot obstacle course wants a long open run. How does booking work?−

Pick your unit and date online, sign the emailed contract, and pay a 20% deposit by card or PayPal to lock it in. The remaining balance is due the day of your event. Cash or check avoids the 3% card processing fee.

What if it rains on my party day?−

If weather.com shows more than a 50% chance of rain for your zip code 24 hours before your event, you choose: full refund or reschedule. Want to chance it anyway? We'll still deliver. Just decide by 8:00 PM the night before.

How long do I get the rental?−

All day, with no hourly cutoff. Want it past 7 PM? Add 20% for overnight and we pick it up early the next morning. Or take the weekend rate: Friday evening to Sunday evening for 50% over the day price.
